All content on the Site, including images, product designs, logos, text, and graphics, are the property of Texstone or our partners and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Texstone.
We reserve the right to refuse any design or order that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
3. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Texstone harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Site, your submitted designs, or any violation of these Terms.

Texstone respects your privacy.
We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, billing/shipping address, payment details) as well as technical information (such as IP address, cookies, browsing activity).

Texstone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Site or products purchased. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total purchase price of your order.

1. Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
Order Processing Time
• Standard processing time: 3–5 business days after proof approval.
• Customized orders: Customers will receive a digital proof for review. Proofs must be approved within 3 days.
• If no response is received within 3 days, the proof will be considered auto-approved, and production will begin.
• Late approval will result in a delayed delivery date, regardless of whether free or paid shipping was selected.
Shipping Options & Costs
• We use trusted courier partners and select the fastest available option based on your chosen delivery date.
• Guaranteed delivery dates (where available) will be shown before checkout.
• Free or discounted shipping may be offered for smaller orders. Large or heavy shipments may incur additional costs.
Delivery Address
• A physical address is required; we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS, but delivery times may be longer.
International Orders
• Prices remain firm unless changes (e.g., size, quantity) are requested.
• Shipping rates may vary by destination and order volume.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery Issues
• Late Delivery / In Transit Delays: Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays. Please contact the courier directly for assistance.
• Refused Packages / Closed Business: Couriers will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup. If unclaimed, the parcel may be disposed of. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• Lost / Marked Delivered Packages: If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, you must file a claim with the courier within 15 days of delivery. Provide a case number and contact us at support@texstone.com with your order number for further assistance.
Claims & Complaints
• Customers have 30 days from delivery to file a complaint.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing via email, with photos of the product and packaging.
• If a factory error is confirmed, you may:
• Return the full order (customer pays return ground shipping) for a full refund, processed within 7–10 business days after return.
• Request a remake, which will be produced and shipped within 7–10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
• Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the error is on our side.
Return & Refund Policy
At Texstone, each item is custom-made with care. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, unless the error was made by Texstone.
1. When Returns Are Accepted
We will gladly replace or refund your order only if:
• The product is defective or damaged,
• The wrong item was delivered, or
• There was a production mistake compared to your approved design.
2. Return Process
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@texstone.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
• Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
• If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
3. Refunds & Replacements
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once the return is received and confirmed.
• If you prefer a replacement, we will remake the product according to your original order, correcting only the confirmed errors.
4. Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Texstone’s error.
